TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES X ADIDAS SUPERSTAR “MASTER SPLINTER” RELEASES IN 2024

Following the successful launch of the “Shelltoe” edition in March 2024, Adidas Originals pays homage to Master Splinter with a special release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Adidas Superstar sneakers.

Master Splinter, a pivotal figure in TMNT lore, serves as a mentor to the four turtles, imparting ninjutsu skills. Originally the pet rat of Hamato Yoshi, he undergoes mutation alongside the turtles due to exposure to mutagenic ooze. This collaboration celebrates his enduring influence and the nostalgic appeal of TMNT.

The Splinter x Adidas Superstar features shaggy suede with pink Three Stripes, reminiscent of Splinter’s color scheme. Turtle shell designs adorn the tongues, complemented by comic book-inspired insoles. Splinter’s signature weapons are elegantly displayed on gold lace dubrae, packaged in vintage toy-inspired boxes.

The TMNT x Adidas Superstar “Master Splinter” will be available in 2024 at select Adidas Originals retailers both in-store and online, including adidas.com, priced at £105 GBP.
