UNION LA x Nike Field General

Union, a boutique based in Los Angeles, is gearing up to expand its collaboration with Nike in the summer of 2024. According to Brendan Dunne, a trusted source from Complex, Union will introduce three new colour variations for the Field General model.

Originally designed in 1982 for football players, the Nike Field General is making a comeback through Union's reinterpretation, marking its first retro release.

While Nike briefly revisited the design with the Hyperfuse iteration in 2014, it never fully embraced the retro trend. Another release in 2014, the Zoom Field General, shares the name but little else with the original model, serving as a contemporary football shoe.
